PROJECT 7地域産業復興支援プロジェクトRegional Industries Restoration Support Projectプロジェクトリーダー/ Project Leader地域イノベーション研究センター長藤本雅彦Director of Regional Innovation Research CenterMasahiko Fujimoto地域産業復興支援プロジェクト東北地域の産業・社会への復興に求められるもの震災以前から少子高齢化など多くの課題を抱えていた被災地の復興や課題の解決には、インフラなどハード面の支援のみでは不十分です。本プロジェクトでは、1地域産業復興調査研究プロジェクト、2地域イノベーションプロデューサー塾を実施し、中長期的な視点から東北地域の産業と社会の復興を支援するための調査研究と人材育成に取り組んでいます。Industrial and communityrestoration in the Tohoku regionThe disaster-stricken areas had lots ofproblems even before The Great EastJapan Earthquake, such as a decliningbirthrate and an aging population. It isinsufficient to simply reconstructbuildings and infrastructures in theseareas. The Regional InnovationResearch Center (RIRC) works on theresearch and development of humanresources to support the restoration ofindustries and communities in theTohoku region in both medium- andlong-terms. The RegionalInnovation Research Center willcontinuously work on the research studyand development of human resources tosupport the restoration of industries andcommunities in the Tohoku region,conducting 1) the Regional IndustryRestoration Research Project and 2) theRegional Innovation Producer School.被災地の復興状況の継続した調査研究本プロジェクトは、東日本大震災からの復興過程の現状と課題に対して学問的知見をもとに調査分析に取り組み、地域において産業社会を再構築するための新たなモデルの構想や政策提言等の被災地から情報発信を目的としています。2014年度は、被災地の復興の進捗状況と地域主体の視点を踏まえた１９のサブプロジェクト調査チームを構成して活動しています。Continuous research ofthe restoration indisaster-affected areasIn the Regional IndustryRestoration Research Project, wehave worked on 19 sub-projectsin the 2014 fiscal year. We havebeen working on identifyingproblems and finding solutions forthe post-disaster reconstruction ofthe Tohoku region based on theresearch of these sub-projects.43 44
