PROJECT 7地域産業復興支援プロジェクトRegional Industries Restoration Support ProjectTohoku University Reconstruction Action東北大学復興アクションきめ細かく充実した支援体制RIPSは仙台本校のほかに、岩手県花巻市と福島県会津若松市にサテライトを設置しており、また、本学のインターネットスクール（ISTU）を活用して欠席者への支援や復習支援を行います。花巻サテライトHanamai Satellite仙台本校Sendai School同時映像授業ISTUSharing lectures in real-timeInternet School of Tohoku UniversityStudent support system会津若松サテライトAizuwakamatsu SatelliteRIPS started in September 2013formally and accepted 36 students atthat time. Now we have establishedtwo satellites in Hanamaki, Iwateprefecture, and Aizuwakamatsu,Fukushima prefecture. Thecurriculum is centered on innovativethinking to create things beyond theconventional and practical applications.The course is designed to learn therelated theories, skills and practice withover 140 hours in a half-year span.実践ゼミPracticeSeminar研修Skill and MindTraining事業構想力と実現可能性の高度化事業計画作成に必要な実践事業計画の作成Instruction and improvementin capability in the generationof a business plan自己診断革新にチャレンジする事業家マインド創造性、論理思考、コーチング等のスキルThe skill for leading problemsolving and an innovation,and acquisition of a mind卒塾生OB会が始動し、相互研鑽2014年5月にRIPS OB会が発足しました。RIPS OB会は、地域イノベーション研究センターとの緊密な連携のもとで、経験デザイン研究会と事業実践研究会を開催して卒塾生たちの継続学習の場となっています。RIPS卒塾生たちは、そのOB会を通じて、事業上の相互協力を行うとともに東北地域におけるイノベーションの創出に貢献していきます。卒塾後も重点的な事業化支援優秀な事業プランを開発した塾生は卒塾時に表彰され、卒塾後3年間にわたり、重点的に事業化支援を受けることができます。Active support after graduationSome students who havedeveloped excellent businessplans are given awards atgraduation. RIPS actively supportssuch students' plans for up tothree years after graduation.米国プルデンシャル財団が卒塾生に事業化資金を助成RIPS卒塾生の事業化を支援するため、米国のプルデンシャル財団より、今年度から３年間にわたり約１億円の助成金が提供されることになりました。この助成金は、宮城・岩手・福島の被災地３県の地域経済を牽引するようなRIPS卒塾生の革新的な事業活動に活用され、震災からの早期復興に資することが目的です。The Prudential Foundation GrantRIPS will receive a grant for 100million yen from The PrudentialFoundation for three years fromthis year. The grant will support theinnovative businesses of someexcellent RIPS graduates who willlead the restoration of thedisaster-affected areas.講義と実践ゼミの様子RIPS activities2014年度入塾者の属性Student attributesRIPSでは、塾生同士の討議と相互研鑽を重視しています。実践ゼミでは、塾生自身の事業アイディアをベースに、事業開発の専門家による少人数指導のもとで、イノベーションを目指した事業の構想と事業計画書の完成を目指します。完成した事業計画は、成果発表会にて発表されます。RIPS makes much of the discussionsbetween the students and the studies toimprove each other. The students aimto complete the innovative businessplans under the instruction of experts inthe seminar. RIPS graduates collaborateeach other through the organizationand contribute to create innovation inthe Tohoku region.Project Leader Message震災復興から地方創生へ本格的な地域経済の再生はこれからが本番です。一時的な建設ブームによって活況を呈してきた地域経済は、近い将来に大きな反動を迎えることは不可避でしょう。震災前からの構造的な地域経済の衰退が一気に加速することになります。そこで、我々は地元企業の事業革新を支援し続けることによって、今後の地方創生に貢献していきます。地域イノベーション研究センター長藤本雅彦Toward the renewal of regional economyThe renewal of regional economy is acting before the audience.Probably, as for the regional economy which has drawn bytemporary construction boom, it will be inescapable to greet bigreaction in the near future. The structural decline of regionaleconomy preceding the earthquake disaster will accelerateimmediately.
