復興アクション100＋Reconstruction Action 100＋Tohoku University Reconstruction Action東北大学復興アクション被災地域の教職員へのサイコロジカル・エイド（教育学研究科）被災地域の教職員を対象に、セミナーや個別相談といった心理的支援を実施しています。2014年度は、セミナーを6回（204名）、個別相談を12回（27名）実施。また仮設住宅を管理する職員を支援するため、子どもや家族の問題解決をサポートするための訪問活動を29回実施しました。2015年1月からは仙台市消防局と連携し、消防団等の惨事ストレスに関する相談を受け付けています。Psychological care for local teaching staff (Graduate School of Education)We have organized psychological support in the form of seminars andindividualized consultation for faculty affected by the disaster. Seminars wereheld six times while individualized consultation sessions were conductedtwelve times all in the 2014 fiscal year. In addition, we have undertaken 29separate house calls to support staff that are managing the temporaryhousing and working to provide child and family problem resolution.遺体の身元確認（歯学研究科）宮城県警、宮城県歯科医師会から検死・身元確認の協力要請を受け、連日40名前後の歯科医師を遺体安置所へ派遣しました。その多大な貢献が認められ、宮城県警より感謝状が贈呈されています。また、スイス・ジュネーブの国際赤十字・赤新月博物館（MICR）からインタビューを受け、その内容は、MICRの展示の1つとして紹介されました。Identifying victims of the disaster(Graduate School of Dentistry)For the heavy task of identifying victimsand autopsy, we sent around 40 dentalspecialists per day by special requestfrom the Miyagi Police Department andDental Association. In gratitude for thiscontribution, Miyagi prefectural policepresented us with a certificate ofappreciation and our work has evenbecome part of a display at theInternational Red Cross and Red CrescentMuseum in Geneva, Switzerland.臨床宗教師養成プログラムの開発と社会実装（文学研究科）身近な人との死別に多数が直面した被災地では、心のケアに果たす宗教の役割が再認識されています。本プロジェクトでは、布教せずに、宗派宗教を超えて震災犠牲者遺族の心のケアができる「臨床宗教師」を95人養成してきました。今後もこの養成を進め、自己の死を見つめる人が増加する超高齢多死の現代日本社会へ実装する道を開拓していきます。Development of the trainingprogram for the Rinsho Shukyo-shi(Interfaith Chaplain)(Graduate School of Arts and Letters)For the many still struggling with thedeath of a loved one in the disasterarea, we believe in the necessity ofspiritual care and religious care. Ratherthan mere philosophical preaching, wehave trained 95 teachers in the art of“Rinsho Shukyo-shi (InterfaithChaplain).”Going forward we willcontinue with this approach to pursuenew paths that may benefit thoseindividuals of Japanese society’srapidly aging population that areconfronting their own mortality.三春「実生」プロジェクト：草の根放射線モニター（理学研究科）樹齢千年を超える滝桜で有名な福島県三春町。美しい自然が残る人口2万人ほどの小さな町が、原子力発電所の事故で一変しました。このプロジェクトでは、町内の校庭の汚染レベルを調査。小・中学校生に個人線量計を配布し、結果をフィードバックしています。今後、世界で原発事故が起こった時に住民が取り得る対応を模索しています。カタールサイエンスキャンパス～子どもたちの夢が世界を創る～（工学研究科）本プロジェクトは、被災した東北地域の子供たちを対象に、東北大学・カタールサイエンスキャンパスホールで、子どもたちの科学やものづくりへの興味のきっかけを作り、地域復興を担う人材を育成することを目的としています。2014年7月からの半年間で60回以上のプログラムを実施、延べ2,500人以上の生徒が参加しました。Miharu Misho Project: Grass‐rootsradiation monitor in Fukushima(Graduate School of Science）Miharu towun in Fukushima is well known forits one-thousand-year-old cherry trees. Thenuclear power accident changed this smalltown with natural beauty of 20,000 residentsovernight. In this project, radiation level ofschool yards in the town was survyed.Individual monitoring of school children forexternal exposure to radiation has beencontinued. We research possible actions thatresidents could take in response to futurenuclear accidents in the world.Qatar Science Campus ~aninteractive learning programs forstudents in damaged Tohoku area~(Graduate School of Engineering)Qatar Science Campus (QSC) ofTohoku University providesstudents in damaged Tohoku areawith the opportunity to soak intoscientific experiments andadvanced researches. More than60 events have been carried outand more than 2,500 studentswere participated since July, 2014.被災地における方言生活支援（文学研究科）方言は、人と人とのつながりをつくる、地域的アイデンティティの拠り所であると言えます。そうした貴重な方言が、今や、震災の影響で急速に衰退しつつあります。そこで、私たちは、被災地の方言の記録・保存のための調査を行っています。特に、2013年度からは、被災地に暮らす人々の方言会話を記録し、次世代に伝える事業を展開しています。Support for local dialects of thedisaster areas (Graduate Schoolof Arts and Letters).Dialects are the foundation of acommunity’s identity and a force thathelps bind its people together. Yet thedisaster region's local dialect is nowunder threat. Since the 2013 fiscalyear, we have taken steps to recordconversations and note the nuances ofthe dialect in order to preserve theirunique speech patterns for futuregenerations.被災博物館レスキュー活動（学術資源研究公開センター）宮城県内の博物館から被災資料を回収し、修復を行っています。宮城県南三陸町では被災資料の地元返還と展示再興に加え、小学生のための見学会や採集会、天然記念物復旧支援を続けています。博物館コレクションは学術資料であり、地域の歴史ある財産です。それらを次世代に継承していく地元博物館を支援することで、コミュニティの復興を支援します。Disaster museum rescue activities(The Center for AcademicResources and Archives)We collect and restore the damagedmaterials from the museums affected bythe disaster. In Minamisanriku City,Miyagi Prefecture, we support retrievaland display of the possessions ofdisaster victims as well as provideopportunities for local schoolchildren totake part in the study. The museumcollection not only constitutes ahistorical record for academic reference,it also helps unite the communitybehind it.57 58
