復興アクション100＋Reconstruction Action 100＋Tohoku University Reconstruction Action東北大学復興アクション海と田んぼからのグリーン復興プロジェクト（生命科学研究科）仙台湾沿岸の8カ所の干潟と6カ所の被災水田で一般市民とともに、2011年から継続的に生物多様性モニタリングを行い、震災に伴う津波の生態系へのインパクトを調査。その結果、津波によりダメージを受けた干潟の生物群集や水田生態系はおおむね3年で震災前の状況に回復しつつあることが明らかとなっています。Green recovery projects for coastaland paddy ecosystems(Graduate School of Life Sciences)In cooperation with local communitymembers, we have been assessing theimpacts of the tsunami on speciesbiodiversity in the ecosystems of 8 tidalflats and 6 paddy-field areas around theSendai coast since 2011. Throughcareful analysis we have found that theecosystem states of the coastal areashave directed toward to theirpre-disaster state after the three years.スマート・エイジング出前カレッジ（加齢医学研究所）宮城県内の被災地域である亘理町、石巻市、気仙沼市の公民館に教員が出向き、いつまでも健康で愉しく老いるための講義を行っています。2012年からの3年間で開催回数全36回、来聴数は延べ数2,174名を数えました。各回いずれも和やかで愉しい講義となり、来聴者自らの健康への関心の高さが伺え、知的好奇心や健康増進への意欲を高めることができています。仮設住宅入居者の高齢者支援（歯学研究科）仮設住宅への調査で、比較的若い世代でうつが多いことが分かりました。また、抽選ではなく、町内会単位での入居が健康によい方向に働くことを明らかにしました。宮城県岩沼市においては、米国ハーバード大学等と連携し、震災前・後の住民調査の結果を追跡し、地域の結びつきやコミュニティのあり方について、提案を行っています。“Smart aging”lecture series(Institute of Development, Agingand Cancer)Sending our staff out to the communitycenters of Watari, Ishinomaki andKesennuma Cities in Miyagi Prefecture,we have conducted 36 lectures onhealth and aging since 2012. A total of2174 attendees have been able to enjoya jovial atmosphere so that they couldget motivated to fulfill their intellectualcuriosity and to live a healthy lifestyle inthese troubling times.Support for elderly ResidentsLiving in Temporary Housing(Graduate School of Dentistry)In a survey of temporary housing, we foundmany cases of depression in relativelyyounger generation residents. We alsofound that moving to a new place withneighborhood people was better for health.In Iwanuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, wecoordinated with Harvard University andothers to track the results of resident surveysbefore/after the earthquake disaster, andput forth proposals on how to bring theregion together and build community.放射能汚染地域に住む子供のエンカレッジプロジェクト（薬学研究科）原発事故で避難されているご家族を主な対象として、少人数の車座座談会で「暮らしの中での放射線との付き合い方」や「家庭でできる被ばく低減」についてお伝えし、個々の疑問を共に考えることでエンカレッジにつなげています。全町民が避難している福島県富岡町の住民には一時帰還の際の被ばく低減法についてお話し、実践的な放射線防護に役立たせています。震災子ども支援室S-チル（教育学研究科）震災で親をなくした子どもたちの心のケアや保護者の相談に応じたり、支援者に向けた研修会を行っています。震災後、宮城県沿岸部を中心に親族里親サロンを27回開催し、延べ85名が参加。また、支援者向け研修会を12回開催し、約400名が参加しています。親族里親調査の回答をもとに、『この子を育てる』と題した冊子を作成し、関連機関を通じて配布も行っています。Encouragment project for children livingin contaminated areas (Graduate Schoolof Pharmaceutical Sciences)Focusing primarily on those familiesevacuated from the nuclear disaster zone,we are holding small group discussionsand discussing topics such as“Living withradiation”and“How you can lowerradiation exposure,”and by thinkingabout individual questions together, thisserves as an encouragement to thosefamilies. This advice was particularlyhelpful for residents returning temporarilyto Tomioka City in Fukushima Prefecture.Support for disaster‐affected children(Graduate School of Education)We provide advice for the mental care oforphaned children as well as their fosterparents. We also organized 12 workshopswith 400 attendees, as well as 27 fosterparent salons with 85 attendees primarily inMiyagi Prefecture’s coastal areas. We havealso helped create and distribute brochurestitled“I’m Rearing This Child”based on theanswers from surveys of relatives and fosterparents, and have been distributing thesebrochures through pertinent organizations.震災復興のための遺跡探査（東北アジア研究センター）津波被害により住宅地の高台移転が進み、遺跡調査が多数行われています。本プロジェクトでは、地中レーダー技術を自治体へ指導することで、遺跡調査の効率化と遺跡の保護をめざしています。合わせて行方不明者の捜索など警察・消防へ協力し復興支援を推進します。岩手、宮城、福島県内で年間20件以上の遺跡調査、捜索活動を進めています。Archaeological Survey for Reconstructionfrom the Earthquake Disaster(Center for Northeast Asian Studies)As people near seashore are beingrelocated to higher ground, investigation ofthe wreckage below continues. Instructinglocal governments on the use of groundpenetrating radar (GPR) technology, we arefurthering efficient survey and preservationof archaeological structures. We haveconducted over 20 surveys ofarchaeological sites and for the missingvictims in the Iwate, Miyagi and FukushimaPrefecture areas in collaboration with localpolice and fire services.59 60
