復興アクション100＋Reconstruction Action 100＋Tohoku University Reconstruction Action東北大学復興アクションロボットの適用と災害対応技術の研究（情報科学研究科）災害時の緊急対応・復旧・予防減災に寄与する災害ロボットの研究開発に取り組んでいます。2011年6月にクインスを国産1号として福島原子力発電所に投入。原子炉建屋上階を初めて調査し、事故収束に大きく貢献しました。また、建屋内狭隘空間を調査する走行飛行ロボットシステム、被災・老朽化した橋梁・建物を検査するロボットも開発しています。R&D and application ofdisaster robots and systems(Graduate School ofInformation Sciences)Robots for disaster response,recovery and preparedness arestudied. We applied Quince forFukushima-Daiichi in June 2011as the first national robot, whichprovided image and radiationinformation on the upper floorsof Nuclear Reactor Buildings. AUGV-UAV system forinvestigation of confined spacein buildings, and inspectionrobots for damaged/agedbridges and buildings aredeveloped.東北伝統芸能アーカイブス（教育情報学研究部）被災地で存続の危機にある伝統芸能や民俗芸能を、IＣＴを活用して保存・継承支援を行っています。2013年10月から2014年4月には、岩手県大船渡市「浦浜念仏剣舞」のモーションキャプチャを計測・保存し、後世に残す「CGアニメーション教材」を製作しました。2014年度からは、劇団わらび座と共同で「東北（福島・秋田）の民俗芸能」の保存活動を開始しています。復興構想国際スタジオ（工学研究科）津波を受け居住が禁止された被災低平地は、活用が難しい場所として今も取り残されています。世界トップクラスの大学で建築を学ぶ学生たちが仙台に集結。被災地を視察し、復興のデザインを考えました。優れた提案は、仙台市と共同で運営する「せんだいスクールオブデザイン」に引き継がれ、市民公開イベント「せんだい×荒浜ウィークエンド（2013年8月17，18日）」として発信もされています。「縁側で『こんにちは』」プロジェクト（文学研究科）もし「縁側」のような空間があれば、そこで誰かと会話が始まるかもしれない。そう考え、定期的に仮設住宅団地を訪問しています。2011年12月から活動を始め、訪問回数は計80回、これまでに参加登録したボランティアは38名となっています。人間関係もできあがり、仮設住宅の皆さんにとって欠かすことのできない重要なイベントの１つとなりました。震災遺構３次元クラウドデータアーカイブ（学術資源研究公開センター）津波で破壊された建物や、陸まで流された大型船など、津波被害の大きさを伝える「震災遺構」。後世の人達に震災の脅威を伝え残していくため、レーザー測量により3D映像化する事業に取り組んできました。宮城県で17、岩手県で2、福島県で1つの地域・施設で3D化を行いました。今後も福島県沿岸の被災地で3D化を進めていきます。International planning studiofor the reconstruction(Graduate School of Engineering)Some of the inhabited areas affectedby the tsunami are restricted and it'sdifficult to use these lowlands.Accordingly, we invited students fromthe world's leading universities'architecture departments to come upwith their own reconstruction plans.The best ideas were taken over to the“Sendai School of Design”project andpresented to the townspeople at apublic event (August 17-18, 2013).3D data archives of the earthquakedisaster ruins (The Center forAcademic Resources and Archives)The ruins of devastated buildings and thegreat ships washed ashore are testament tothe scale of the disaster. In order topreserve this powerful image and pass thismemory down to future generations, weare using laser technology to create 3Dimages of the affected areas and objectsincluding Miyagi (17), Iwate (2), andFukushima (1). We are proceeding to create3D images of the Fukushima's coastline.被災地における地域口腔保健推進システムの運用と口腔健康の動態の解析（歯学研究科）大規模災害の被災地では、生活習慣の変化から口腔内疾患が増加することが報告されています。宮城県沿岸の自治体と協力し、学校歯科健診の結果集計の自動化と詳細なデータベースを構築する事業を進めています。さらに、疾病予防のための解析を行い、その結果を学校歯科保健活動に活用していただける教材を開発しています。Archives of Tohoku's traditional arts(Graduate School of EducationalInformatics Research Division)We are using ICT to preserve local folkarts and performances, whose existencewas threatened in the disaster areas,and pass them on to future generations.From 2013 to 2014, wemotion-captured Ofunato City's"Urahama sword dance" to create a CGanimation. From the 2014 fiscal year, wehave been working on preservation ofFukushima and Akita's traditional folkarts.Operation of a regional promotionsystem for oral health in disaster areasand analysis of the dynamic dtate of oralhealth (Graduate School of Dentistry)Due to inevitable changes in lifestyle afterthe disaster, oral disease among local peoplehas been on the rise. Working with localauthorities in Miyagi Prefecture, we havecollated school dental checkup reports andare constructing a detailed database ofresults. We analyze them for prevention ofdisease and this information is being used toproduce materials for oral health promotionat school."Let’s say‘Hello’at the porch "project(Graduate School of Arts and Letters)If there are places like a porch, poeplemight enjoy chatting and there’s morechance for a conversation among thepeople affected by the disaster. Withthis thought, we have organized 80visits by 38 volunteers to the temporaryhousing complex since December2011. These visits formed connectionsand have become an integral part ofthe residents' road to recovery.61 62
